Walking On Sunshine
Starring -
Annabel Scholey
Giulio Berruti
Hannah Arterton
Katy Brand
Leona Lewis
Director -
Max Giwa
Dania Pasquini
So today I watched Walking On Sunshine which I haven't watched for a while.
This film was made in 2014 and the story line is about Taylor (Hannah Arterton) who falls in love with Raf (Giulio Berruti)  who she met while she was on holiday in Apulia.
Three years later, Taylor goes to Apulia on holiday. Her sister Maddie(Annabel Scholey), who went there five weeks before upon Taylor's instruction to get over a break-up with her boyfriend Doug. Maddie then tells Taylor that she is getting married in two das time. As time pasted Taylor went to visit the beach where her and Raf fell in love but while she was there she is reunited with her friend Elena (Leona Lewis) and her boyfriend Enrico, as well as her friend Mikey. When Taylor finally finds Raf she then finds out that Raf is the bloke her sister is marrying in two days time. As the days went by Taylor and Raf realised they still loved each other and then her sister Maddie finds out that Raf was Taylor's holiday romance. Along the way Doug comes to Apulia to get Maddie back in he's life which then confuses Maddie on who she wants to be with. When it come to the wedding day Maddie tells Raf that she cant go through with the wedding as she wasn't in love with him and she wanted to be alone. Maddie then makes Taylor go after the bloke she loves. Raf forgives her for what she did three years ago and takes her back and there love is rekindled like the old day's.
I thought this film was amazing if you love musical then this is the film for you full of 80's songs which bring back so many memories when I was younger, The story line is amazing its also funny and upsetting all in one film, The actors are brilliant. Its a perfect girly film if your wanted some time to yourself to unwind I would recommend this film to anyone P E R F E C T. I give it 5 stars definitely be watching this again.
If you have seen this film leave me a comment on what you thought about it I would love to here from you.

Red Velvet Cake
Hey guy's so I've done another bake Red Velvet Cake I've always wanted to make this cake so I thought I would give it a go, I've always loved the look and the style of Red Velvet Cake and its the one cake I've never made.
Here is the recipe I used and a step by step guild to how its made.
Key Information:-
| Prep: 25mins | Bake: 30mins |
Ingredients :-

120g Butter (Unsalted)
300g White Caster Sugar
2 Large Eggs
50g Cocoa Powder
2 TBSP Red Food Colouring Gel
1TSP Vanilla Extract
300g Plain White Flour
1TSP Salt
240ml Butter Milk
1 TBSP White Wine Vinger
1 TSP Bicarbonate Soda
The Method

Step One
Cream together butter and the sugar in a large mixing bowl with a wooden spoon or a electric mixer until light and fluffy. Once mixed then add your 2 eggs one at a time whilst mixing, until both eggs are mixed in.
Step Two
Seive the cocoa powder into the mixture and add your vanilla extract. Sieving your dry ingredients will also bring air to your cake which will help it rise.

Step Three
Sift the flour into another bowl and add your salt and mix together. Slowly add half the flour to the chocolate mixture, then add half of your buttermilk and mix together.
*Mix well then add the other half of the flour and last of the buttermilk and mix.
Step Four
Add two tablespoons of red food colouring gel to the mixture, making sure its mixed in well.
*If you want it redder then add more gel.
Step Five
In a small mug combine the white wine vinegar and the bicarbonate of soda, Then add straight into your mixture, Stir until well combined.
*your white wine vinegar and soda will bubble up.
Step Six
Split the mixture between the two lined tin's and place them into the oven at 180'c (fan 160'c, gas mark 4). for approximately 30 minutes. Your cake will be ready as soon as your knife comes out clean once your poked your cake.
Step Seven
Once your cakes have completely cooled you then can add the filling of your choice I fine it easy piping the filling with a piping bag to get the perfect level in the centre of your cake, For my filling I used Betty Crocker Vanilla Icing. Once you have added your filling then place your second sponge on top and add your final touch.
I hope you enjoyed this post guy's if any of you have tried making this cake then please share below I would love to see your results.

Chocolate Brownies

Hey guy's so I've made a batch of chocolate brownies today and I thought I would share with you and the recipe I've used as well. If your wanting a pick me up or even just a little treat for yourself with crunchy and chewy goodness then look no further.
Here is the recipe I used to make these
What you will need:-
185g unsalted butter
185g best dark chocolate
85g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
50g milk chocolate
3 large eggs
275g golden caster sugar
Method :-
1 .Cut the unsalted butter into smallish cubes and tip into a medium bowl. Break up your  dark chocolate into small pieces and drop into the bowl. Fill a small saucepan about a quarter full with hot water, then sit the bowl on top so it rests on the rim of the pan. Put your pan over a low heat until the butter and chocolate have melted.
2. Turn the oven on to fan 160C/180C/gas 4. Using a shallow 20cm square tin, cut out a square of non-stick baking parchment to line the base. Now tip your plain flour and cocoa powder into a sieve over a medium bowl, shake the sieve so they run through together and you get rid of any lumps and bumps.
3. Once you have done that chop milk chocolate to what ever size pieces you would like inside I did mine quite small.
4. In another bowl brake your 3 Large eggs and tip in golden caster sugar. With an electric mixer on maximum speed, whisk the eggs and sugar until they look thick and creamy, like a milk shake.
5. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture over the eggy mousse, then gently fold together until combined well.
6. sieve cocoa and flour mixture, into your eggy mousse and fold together well do it all combined nicely together you should then have a chocolate mousse mixture.
7. Pour your mixture into a square thin tin and spare out evenly. Once done place in your oven for 20-25 minute's once that time has pasted check your brownies by putting a knife through if you still have mixture on your knife give them another 10 minute's.
8. Once taken out and cooled down you can then cut your brownies to whatever size you would like and enjoy!.
I hope you enjoyed this recipe if you have made these then please share with me I would love to see yours too.
